Ashtanga

In this class, you can expect the traditional sequence of poses in the Primary Ashtanga Series without the rigidity of a traditional led class. Modifications, cues, props, music, and variations are provided that give students the ability to meet the practice where they are. The structure and repetition of poses with breath creates a beautiful moving meditation practice. Best for those with some yoga or previous fitness experience, as the class is faster in pace.

A creative and fun power vinyasa flow linking breath and movement with a playlist  to match! Sequences with various postures and transitions threaded together to nourish the mind and body to deepen confidence, physical strength and flexibility. Suitable for newer yogis as well as experienced.  Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

Pilates Sculpt - Abs & Ass

It’s giving cinched, lifted, and firm vibes all year round! Core pilates movement are the foundation of each class. Focusing on “zipping up” (from pelvic floor to the top of the abdominals), activating your “powerhouse” (core, back, & glute muscles), and putting those glutes to the ultimate test. Embrace the shakes and dripping sweat!

Pilates Sculpt - Functional Fullbody

The perfect class to add to your workout split! Put the heavy weights down to grab the infamous pilates props. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did. Hitting a bit of everything (shoulders, abs, back, chest & legs), form will be the primary focus. Maintaining proper alignment and seamless transitions, the goal is to define each and every muscle group. Make sure you bring your towel!

In this series, we will provide a preview of what our Ashtanga classes will look like at Pearl Yoga. You can expect the traditional sequence of poses in the Primary Ashtanga Series without the rigidity of a traditional led class. Modifications, cues, props, music, and variations are provided that give students the ability to meet the practice where they are. You may join if you are newer to yoga, experienced yogi, or anything in between. We will start the series a bit slower, with the intention to get faster paced each class as students learn the sequence. By registering, you have access to all 6 classes and may attend as many as you can.
