Trisha Drewyor (Hoffman)

Trisha Drewyor is an experienced yoga instructor who has been practicing for 15 years and teaching for 10 years. While she was drawn to yoga initially for its physical benefits, she stayed for its inner healing qualities. Her trainings in Thailand and Maui were filled with depth that she has been able to pour into her teachings. Her favorite class styles to teach are Ashtanga and Power Vinyasa and her passion projects are her certification programs, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and 85 Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. Trisha describes herself as a student of life who is always seeking growth, in which the limbs of yoga are a great teacher.

Danielle Bishop

Danielle Bishop is a certified RYT 200 hour yoga instructor. She discovered yoga while living at the beach 15 years ago and has been an avid practitioner ever since.  For her yoga is about finding the balance between strength and ease both on and off the mat. 

Mary

Mary is a seasoned certified PT & Group Fitness Instructor of 8 years, with a certification in Mat Pilates Sculpt. Knowing physical, mental, & spiritual wellness are all interconnected, she believes your daily workout is the perfect time to connect to your center, in order to tap into your true potential.

Merging low impact sculpting techniques and heart racing tactics of strength training, Mary guides with mindfulness and sizzling heat. You can expect hands-on corrections with modifications for all, the perfect balance of naturally fluent movements, posture correction, and challenging chiseling moments. You will leave the class stronger than when you arrived. You came. You saw. You conquered.

Jen Bradley

Jen is an RYT200, trained under Trisha Drewyor at Columbus YTT. Her yoga journey has been one of self-acceptance, creating space for both mind and body to open and grow. In her classes, Jen emphasizes foundational yoga, seamlessly linking breath work and movement to ground students in the fundamentals. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, Jen’s classes provide a welcoming environment to begin or deepen your journey.

Bella Moreno

Bella has been practicing yoga for nearly a decade, finding it to be a transformative journey that deepened her connection with herself. After obtaining her 200-hour certification, she is dedicated to sharing her enriching experience with others. Bella's teaching reflects her passion for fostering self-awareness and personal growth through yoga. Through teaching, she hopes to learn more about the practice not only as a teacher, but as a student. Outside the studio, she enjoys gardening, baking, embracing creativity and mindfulness in all aspects of her life. 

Caroline Zekan

Caroline Zekan is a certified RYT 200 hour yoga instructor who trained under Trisha Drewyor in 2021. She has been practicing yoga for 8+ years and fell in love not only with the physical, but mental and spiritual aspects of the practice. Her passion for teaching includes both Ashtanga and Vinyasa Power Flows. She loves the tradition and moving meditation that comes with an Ashtanga practice. And in contrast also loves the creativity and playfulness that go into creating and teaching a vinyasa flow. Her favorite thing about yoga is the mind/body connection that it brings both on and off the mat. Caroline is also a certified reiki practitioner.
